ASSIGNMENT: is a fully paid job, you will get paid no matter what!
SPEC: Spec work (short for speculative) is any job for which the client expects to see examples or a finished product before agreeing to pay a fee. Therefore you will only get paid the rate assigned to that spec job if the client approves the image(s).
RATE: The amount of money you will get.
BENEFITS OF SPEC with me: When we shoot on a spec basis if the client does not approve the image, we keep moving that image for future projects. Many of the spec projects I choose to shoot are because I know that the type of image is asked for, more than 2-3 times during a given year. So if we did not sell it at first, we keep submitting it for jobs that have similar requirements. So if in a given day I shot 3 different models for one job and only one is picked. The other 2 will still be available to show in the future to other clients who may use them. For this I usually need your complete contact information so we can contact you in the future if need be. If we shoot together, you can also in the future have your headshot for free with me, just pay for MUA.

Beautiful Indian Woman (SPEC JOB) with Indian Attire
NOTE FROM CLIENT: A close up shot of a woman’s face, hands with henna, texture of fabric – can be quite close up and graphic //
AGES: 18-30
SEX: FEMALE
REQUIREMENTS: You need to look typical Indian and have the wardrobe such as veils. If you have henna tattoos that are fresh or someone who can do them while we shoot, even better.
DURATION: 2-3 hours
PAYMENT: SPEC* if image sells to the client you will get $100
USE: Conde Nast editorial
SHOOT DATE: Monday 30th.
